Tip: Choose a time for EFT and do it daily
Get into a routine. Make EFT a habit. Do it at the same time every day (as much as is humanly possible) and in the same place too if that’s something that works for you.
Getting habitual about EFT will make it easy for you to remember to work on yourself.

Yes! it sounds simple but I think that this is the most crucial step to ensure success with EFT. Even if it’s just setting aside 5-10 minutes in morning.

I think it would be great if I could do this religiously.

This is a really great tip, we spend a lot of energy trying to break bad habits, but then don’t take the time to create new better ones. Be well!

I understand the recommendation to tap at the same time every day. That is good advice when you are trying to start a new habit. For me, it has been more effective to tap all day instead of at specific times. Tapping can be a minute by minute way to get through the day and to deal with things when they are actually happening. I do sometimes tap on things at a different time, particularly things from long ago before I actually knew EFT.

I am not a big believer in making it a daily routine to release at a certain time, but rather to schedule the time in your day…or to remember when an issue arises to tap on the issue rather than internalize the issue, which is where the subconscious beliefs kick in, or health problems arise. http://www.menshealthcures.com/4707/benefits-of-the-carol-look-attracting-abundance-eft-program/

One of the problems that people who have personal problems is that they do not think out of the box. I think that we should never be afraid to do more than what we’re already used to. Because if we go out of our comfort zone, we can be more and we might be surprised as to what we can actually do. I’m also glad that we have Emotional Freedom Techniques – such a life-changing technique and we’ve heard a lot of positive feedbacks about it.

I always do tapping whenever I feel like I’m losing grip or saddened. It really helps a lot! That’s what I read in my free tapping eBook. It’s just effective.
